Camilla was born and raised in Brazil. She is as proud of her Brazilian heritage as of her Swedish citizenship.
Soon after Camilla had learnt reading, she started writing what she called ‘poetry’. At the age of ten, she decided to become a ‘real writer’ when she was ‘old’: forty. The road to her forties and beyond was winding but primarily marvellous.
Between raising a family and working, she had lived in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Texas, the last of which she called home for decades. So, she was a little overdue when, aged sixty, she could finally spend more time writing.
